Yes! We ship virtually everywhere in the world and shipping is absolutely free for a limited time!
2. Where do you ship from?
We source and ship all our products directly from leading manufacturers and partners in Asia.
3. How long will delivery take?
Our current order processing time is 2 business days, after which the product is immediately shipped out. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is dispatched. Deliveries can take anywhere between 7 to 35 days depending on delivery method and location. You can email us at email@example.com for specific shipping times.
4. My order has not arrived even after the 35 day period?
While the majority of shipments will arrive within 10 days of ordering, shipping times vary greatly, especially if you live in a remote/isolated region. If your order does not arrive within 35 days, please let us know and we will reissue your order or refund you in full, guaranteed!
5. I only received parts of my order. Where are the remaining items?
Since we source from a variety of quality manufacturers across Asia, we choose carriers we believe will provide the most efficient mail service for those regions. As a result, items within the same order will often ship separately. If your order has partially arrived and you'd like to know the shipping status of remaining items, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number.
6. Are there fees, duties and taxes for international shipments?
International orders are subject to local import duties and taxes in certain cases. By confirming the order, you agree to accept full responsibility for all duties, taxes, VAT, and brokerage, including all governmental and courier fees as set forth under international incoterms. Return shipping, as well as fees incurred, will be deducted from any refunds that you may be entitled to from us for non-delivered parcels.
7. Will I receive this item before [a certain date]?
If your order is intended as a holiday or occasional gift, we do not recommend placing your order during the same month as the occasion. During holiday season, especially the period between Christmas and Chinese New Year, there's a risk of late deliveries due to manufacturing and shipping delays. We cannot be held responsible for items that don't arrive before specific dates.
