Returns and Exchanges

1. Can I amend/cancel an order I placed?

Orders can't be changed or cancelled once they've been processed. However, if you contact us immediately after making the order (during the 2 day processing period), there's a possibility we can amend your order, or cancel your order and issue you a full refund! Please contact us immediately at support@babyinthesack.com.

2. Can I return a product for a full refund?

Unfortunately, there's no return unless the product was defective or not as described upon receipt. If so, please inform us within 7 days of receiving the product and we'd be more than happy to reissue a brand new one, provide a refund, or ship another item from our store to you (of similar or lesser value) without you returning your defective one! If you don't receive your product after 35 days, we will also provide a full refund.

3. Can I exchange a product for different sizes/colors/styles?

We don't allow for product exchanges for these reasons. Please understand that sometimes actual product colors may vary from colors shown on your screen due to various external factors such as lighting, and that many of our products have different measurements. Email us ahead of time if you want more information about a specific product!
